Portrait Session Fee

For each regular portrait session, there is a non-refundable $175 session fee that covers the time and talent of the photographer. This fee includes a pre-session consultation, a custom-tailored family portrait experience of up to two hours, your choice of location(s), unlimited outfits and poses, and retouching of the images that you order as printed products.

No minimum order is required, and our "Create a Collection" system gives you the flexibility to build your own package of products while earning free items and volume-based discounts. Packages valued at $300 or more include complimentary digital images to accompany the purchase of any printed product sized 4×6 and larger.

Individual digital image files may also be purchased separately.

If you are seeking headshots for a team or multiple individuals, please contact me to request a custom price estimate for your job.

Every headshot package includes:

A pre-session consultation to provide advice about style, clothing, and preparation for your headshot session.
Tips and posing suggestions throughout your session to help you look your best.
Instant image viewing and selection where the portrait location allows, or an online gallery of proofs from which you can select your final images.
Assistance in selecting your strongest images if desired.

30-minute portrait session, in the studio or on location within a reasonable distance
Up to two looks/outfit changes
Includes one image set. An image set is a single image of your choice, fully retouched and delivered in a range of file formats including color, black & white, high-resolution print files, and web-sized files for sharing on the internet and social media.

Additional Images/Looks

Additional image sets may be purchased for $40/each.
Professionally printed, unmounted photographic prints size 8"x10" or 5"x7" may be ordered for $35 each.
Additional prints and products may be purchased at standard studio prices.
